Our programs are designed for both active and non-active participants combining experiential-based adventure with lower impact activities. These programs have both indoor and outdoor combinations; our outdoor programs are not necessarily high-impact.
The purpose of our programs is to address key skills related as a whole into the different team building stages as introduced in our Methodology, that are integrated into work-related corporate situations, such as:

Each of these programs can be customized in order to focus more specifically on any of the key skills listed above. We can run programs accordingly anywhere in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macao and other countries in Asia.

Challenge and Adventure Programs create situations that challenge the abilities of individuals and groups. By placing each participant outside of his or her own comfort zone, an adventure program break barriers within the group and promotes an atmosphere of support, trust and cooperation. While overcoming fear, the end result is a more confident and capable individual and a more cooperative team.

San Shek Wan Gorge Challenge
The San Shek Wan Gorge Challenge is an exciting adventure that requires group support and connectivity in order to safely negotiate the dramatic topography of a natural gorge on Lantau Island. While the terrain is a little more challenging than the average Hong Kong hike, the real challenge is to keep team members communication effective while traveling together over boulders, through streams, and into deep pools. Participants will find mental challenges positioned along the travel route to ensure continual enhancement of team spirit and development.

Chi Ma Wan Challenge
The Chi Ma Wan Challenge is an action packed adrenaline rush with land, water, and mountain components. This multi-stage adventure is designed to combine the thrill of team success and the development of individual leadership. Effective planning and team support are key ingredients in this program through the achievement of both personal and team challenges.

Dragon Boating
Dragon boating is one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious traditional sports. Efficient boating requires team coordination and synchronization. A seasoned dragon boat coach will guide participants through the experience and prepare them for an exhilarating race in a competition with their colleagues. This activity provides a highly effective exemplification of unity and connectivity in the team.

Ropes Course and Climbing Wall
Utilizing a brand new facility near our beach venue, courses with a combination of low and high ropes enable participants to develop individually, as well as, inter-dependently through exploration of risk, coaching or and leadership, collaborative communication, and physical problem solving. Low rope activities challenge groups to collaborate efficiently in order to accomplish common goals and objectives. High ropes activities and the climbing wall focus on personal risk-taking and achievement facilitated through coaching and group support. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones and recognize fears that may impede personal achievement. All of these activities require established relationships based on trust, mutual understanding and respect.

Guillin Expedition
program is designed around a combination of adventure skills, such as map reading, climbing, abseiling and community services projects working closely with local charities. An adventure teambuilding package placing each participant outside of their comfort zone, this challenge will address both individual development and group dynamics in a unique cultural experience.

Our Low Impact Programs have both indoor and outdoor combinations, and are selected according to objectives and goals of the program as laid-out by the client. The focus is on improving behaviors and team effectiveness.
Beach Olympics
Beach Olympics is a fun, interactive way for newly formed teams to test the cohesion and efficiency of their group. This event offers participants the opportunity to practice their ability to work together in a small group while competing against other teams. The program utilizes several low-intensity team building exercises that emphasize collaborative communication, problem solving, and the establishment of positive working relationships. The activities are selected within a list of around 40 depending on the objectives and goals as laid out by the client. Beach Olympics is ideal for regional organizations, the integration of new staff members, and inter-departmental meetings where participants seldom meet.

Raft-Building
Raft-building is an exercise for new skill acquisition, problem solving, and group decision-making. Each team will be instructed how to utilize design specifications and a technical skill set in order to construct a sea-worthy vessel out of plastic 50 gallon drums, bamboo and ropes. Teams will then race 150 meters into the sea to test their raft integrity.

Project Moon
Project Moon is an exercise of group consensus building and whole-brain creativity. This activity promotes the use of right-brain visioning and creative thinking while utilizing left-brain abstract thought and enhanced memory. Combine paint, canvas, and group creative energy to produce a fun and exciting team bonding experience. The team must establish non-verbal communication cues and common vision in order to produce a quality product.

Queen’s Quest
This royally dynamic low-impact adventure challenges each team to gain technical skills and retain them to encourage mentorship in the team. Participants will learn how to use map and compass skills, lash pieces of bamboo together, and design the “King’s Chair.” Teams will need to focus on efficient planning, decisiveness, and quality control in order to construct an apparatus stable enough to carry team members over a long distance. The final challenge for each team is a race to save the queen.

Recycled Drumming Session
Using primarily recycled material such as tires and drums, this drumming and rhythms session, also known as Stomp, is a group activity which promotes cooperation and stimulates participants’ creativity. It enhances focus, listening and co-ordination skills and demonstrates the effect an individual has on the larger whole. Interactive drumming will boost the energy, passion and motivation towards a common goal.

Iron Chef Contest
Our Culinary Team Building Program brings people together to improve communication, build morale and incite random acts of laughter! The simplicity of making good food together becomes the focus for sharing responsibility and appreciating everyone’s individual skills. What better way to work toward a common goal than BBQ Australian beef, sautéed Japanese noodles or making warm chocolate sauce?
We welcome groups from 10 people to 300. We can plan for your own selected menu or suggest a few options with a variety of cooking, flavor and cultural combinations!

Urban Challenges are ideal for large groups with many in-bound participants. With usually limited time for participants to get acquainted with a city, they are the perfect mix between team building goals and achievements with cultural discoveries.
Urban Great Race Challenge
The Urban Great Race is an exercise of self-organization and efficiency in order to maximize data collection while working within a time constraint. This event offers participants the opportunity to work together in small groups with individuals they may know through virtual teams or minor workplace interactions, but they may not necessarily know personally. Teaming should ideally comprise of individuals from different departments and/or regions in order to provide the most valuable networking experience. Team members must utilize collaborative communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in order to strategize which team challenges to complete and what specific photo opportunities to search out, all while keeping in mind they must find the “Ultimate Destination” within the allotted 1.5 to 3 hours. The Urban Great Race is a fast-paced introduction to the culture and some of the most scenic aspects offered in the selected city.

Da Vinci Code Challenge
The Da Vinci Code is an exercise of decisiveness, deductive problem-solving, and creative thinking. Imagine your team racing through a city in search of the mystic treasure, while clues and puzzles become progressively more difficult as you face each challenge in order to get to your next destination. The Da Vinci Code is a networking scavenger hunt with an adventurous twist. Team members must work together in order to find their way around city streets and back alleys, utilize public transportation, all while traveling through city parks, visiting historical landmarks, and investigating public buildings.

The Cheung Chau Challange
The Cheung Chau Challenge is an experience that will test a team’s ability to self-organization. Each team must utilize collaborative communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in order to strategize, create, and execute a plan of action.
Teams will be handed a packet of resources that will enable the group to accomplish the challenge ahead of them. The first task is to decipher a set of clues in order to figure out secret checkpoints on the map of Cheung Chau Island. The entire team will need to travel to each location in search of more hidden clues that lead to the final challenge on the island. The Cheung Chau Challenge is most appropriate for teams that are in need of improved communication or strategizing experience. This program model is great paired with Beach Olympics for a full-day program experience!
